Neuroinclusion Conscious Awareness Training

The Neuroinclusion Conscious Awareness Training is designed to create conscious awareness and begin to disrupt mindsets about what we think we know about neurodiversity. It prepares us to be open to unlearning our old thought patterns and behaviors.

Through a series of activities and discussions, you will develop a curiosity surrounding the complexities of the neurodiversity concept and the impacts it has on individuals, organizations, and society when we don’t practice neuroinclusion and accessibility.

At the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Communicate how you identify within a diversity of human brains through a lens of neuro-majority culture.
  • Conceptualize the importance and impact of neuroinclusion throughout various aspects of society.
  • Approach discussions surrounding neurodiversity with a human-centric focus using a lens of curiosity.
