Advanced Certificate in Tribunal Administrative Justice Program (ACTAJ)
Formerly called the Masters (MCTAJ).
The Foundation of Administrative Justice’s (“FOAJ’s”) Advanced Certificate in Tribunal Administrative Justice (ACTAJ) recognizes advanced proficiency in administrative justice. It encourages practitioners to continually improve both their practice and knowledge of administrative justice. This program is open to CTAJTM Graduates.
Program Requirements
- Minimum of thirty-five (35) credits
- Complete all assignments
- 100% attendance mandatory
- Complete the application form and pay the required fee

- Human Rights and Charter of Values for Tribunals (14 Credits)
- Weighing Evidence and Making Findings of Fact (14 Credits)
