 Joanne McLean, CTAJ™ Joanne McLean is the Executive Director of the Foundation. She is a trained paralegal who designs and develops training materials that build knowledge and skill in administrative justice. Joanne works closely with instructors, adjudicators, and tribunal professionals to support practical and accessible learning across Canada. |

 Cordené Gerlat, CTAJ™ Cordené Gerlat is the Office Assistant at the Foundation. She manages course delivery, examinations, and graduate certification, and supports education and members. She has over 20 years of experience in family services and program management, focused on supporting families and communities. |

Curriculum Development Team

 Carol Zukiwski, CTAJ™ Carol Zukiwski joined the Foundation in February 2010. She is the Curriculum Development Coordinator and a facilitator with the Foundation. Carol is a lawyer and qualified arbitrator with broad experience in municipal law and administrative justice. |
 Adrian Wright, CTAJ™ Adrian Wright joined the Foundation in June 2008. He is a curriculum developer and facilitator. Adrian is a lawyer, adjudicator, and mediator who worked for many years in the Northwest Territories. |
 Rita Aggarwala, CTAJ™ Rita Aggarwala joined the Foundation in March 2022. She is a Curriculum Developer with experience in administrative decision-making. Rita was called to the Alberta bar in 2007 and has worked as in-house counsel, a legal researcher, and a sole practitioner. |
