  
Carol Zukiwski, CTAJ™Carol Zukiwski joined the Foundation in February 2010. She is the current Curriculum Development Coordinator and a facilitator with the Foundation. Carol is a lawyer and qualified arbitrator with broad experience in municipal law and administrative justice. She works closely with instructors and staff to develop and update the Foundation’s training materials.

Adrian Wright, CTAJ™Adrian Wright joined the Foundation in June 2008. He is a curriculum developer and facilitator, and has also served as the Curriculum Development Coordinator. Adrian is a lawyer, adjudicator, and mediator who worked for many years in the Northwest Territories. He has extensive experience in human rights and administrative decision-making.

Cordené Gerlat, CTAJ™Cordené Gerlat is the Office Assistant at the Foundation. She manages course delivery, examinations, and graduate certification, and supports education and members. She has over 20 years of experience in family services and program management, focused on supporting families and communities. She is passionate about helping others build stability through education, support, and connection.

Rita Aggarwala, CTAJ™Rita Aggarwala joined the Foundation in March 2022. She is a Curriculum Developer with experience in administrative decision-making. Rita was called to the Alberta bar in 2007 and has worked as in-house counsel, a legal researcher, and a sole practitioner. She brings a strong background in law, analysis, and administrative fairness to her work with the Foundation.

Joanne McLean, CTAJ™Joanne McLean is the Instructional Designer and Curriculum Development Administrator at the Foundation. She is a trained paralegal who designs and develops training materials that build knowledge and skill in administrative justice. Joanne ensures the Foundation’s courses are clear, practical, and aligned with current practice.
