$66,684.80 is recovered from membership revenue.

All monthly costs are $46,901.38
Costs directly related to courses are $307,153.42 and would not be paid if all courses were canceled.

- Meeting spent discussing March statements
- 1st quarter was not profitable
- Cash flow continues to drop
- Slow months are coming up
- Focus needs to be on short-term – cutting expenses and generating income/cash flow
- Policy discussion and assessment of course profitability to be put on hold until the financial outlook becomes more clear
